Dragon Tortoise
can a bearded dragon and a russian tortoise be in the same outside encloser?
the cage is 6feet long by 3feet wide and 7feet tall
In that large of an enclosure, there isn't a huge reason why not, although the tortoise may enjoy a higher humidity. You could have half the enclosure bark and the other half sand. Ideally you should keep them separate, but in this case I don't think the benefit is worth building a whole new enclosure. They will most likely leave each other alone however keep your eyes open for any problems.
Make sure when it gets cold to watch the tortoise. Russian tortoises will burrow over 15 deep to hibernate and can dig out of the enclosure when they come back up. You may want to put a little dog house in the enclosure with a ceramic heat light. That way they can seek shelter if it gets cold.
