Is crystal light green tea have the same effects as drinking regular green tea?
I wanted to get more green tea into my diet since its rich in vitamins and would have a healthy effect on my body so I bought a box of crystal light lemon and green tea.
But I'm wondering, since its sugary and more for drinking rather than its benefits, will it still give me the same benefits as drinking straight up green tea from a tea bag?
It's total junk and bad for your body. Just look at the ingredients. Green tea you buy in America is loaded with fluoride and not good for you. The best green tea available now is green tea extract that uses a probiotic process to get rid of the fluoride and caffeine. One teaspoon is equal to drinking 20 cups of green tea, but it has none of the bad things in it. Green tea has a lot of very good things in it and the Japanese drink lots of it, but certainly not "Crystal Lite" garbage.
