Here they are:
1. Blue Topaz
2. Smoky Quartz
3. Emerald
4. Ruby

8. Lum. Gem
9. Rainbow Gem
10. Pink Diamond
11. Flourite

I would cut them all and then try again at Heart Shaped cut, and if not then, I would say try collecting a few more and see if it unlocks then. I hope it works out for you, and happy new year.
