yeah this is for a lab repot I am working on. My professor said that spheroidal ryholite was also known as sperulites.

I don't know all of these, but I can help you with some:
spheroidal rhyolite: Rhyolite is a silica rich volcanic rock, but I'm afraid I've never heard the specific term "spheroidal rhyolite". My guess is that it's just rhyolite that has spheroids of some particular mineral as a component, but I don't know for sure.
stylolites: These are thin, scraggly seams of dark material that run through carbonate rocks. They form when solutions percolate through cracks in the rock and dissolve away the carbonate on either side, leaving behind the insoluble material. Picture two conveyer belts that move towards each other, piling up material in between them.
slickensides: These are deposits of serpentine group minerals that form along the surface of a fault when fluids move along the fault. They have long streak and gauge marks parallel to the direction of motion of the fault due to the sliding action.
andalusite in schist: Andalusite is one of the aluminosilicate polymorphs, and it's a common metamorphic mineral. Since schist is a common metamorphic rock, shists with high aluminum content will often have either andalusite or on of the other aluminosilicate minerals.
